Lattanzi Insurance simply has good people helping you make informed decisions for you and your family’s insurance needs (both what you need and what you may not). Robert LoConte really exemplifies all that is great about the agent model. I have homeowners and auto through Lattanzi for several years now and every year Robert reviews my policies and helps me make sure I am getting the best value and the best coverage. We make sure changes in my life get reflected. Unlike other insurance channels, with Lattanzi it is not “set it and forget it” unless that is what you want. Robert makes time to hear my concerns and reacts with informed responses and even written documentation. He is patient with any questions and uses plain language that I can relate to and understand. In this technical world there is a lot of room for automation and online push button set up but honestly, most of us really do deserve to have better understanding of our insurance purchases. This includes parsing out the “must haves” from the “good to haves” from the “not worth its”. In the end, I make the decision but it is an informed decision that would be hard to get in the direct or online channels! Working with Robert, I’ve done everything from reviewing policies, making selections, asking questions, making corrections, and purchasing and paying for my policies all from my living room chair.
