I want to thank Christine for the amazing job she did on my eyebrows today!! I was nervous about getting Microblading, but Christine, was very thorough with a wonderful personality! I would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!

Suite #213– Flirty Girl Lash Studio Frisco— McCall was absolutely amazing! She did the best lashes and eyebrows I have ever gotten! She was so gentle and precise! I highly recommend her!

Suit 131- MimisbeautyNails She is an amazing person who is extremely passionate for nails & perfection. I went to her nails place to get acrylic nails down but she added extra glitter & did the pre-steps for cuticle removal & after care free . I highly recommend her & her work . Definitely going again .

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Phoenix Salons. I originally booked an appointment with no deposit required. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because of work commitments. When I went to reschedule, I was then asked for a $25 deposit, and most recently, a $35 deposit. What concerns me is that it appears deposits are not consistently required from every client, which feels unfair and makes me question how these policies are being applied. Communication has also been a major issue. I sent multiple text messages and did not receive a response, to the point that I felt I had to contact the property manager to voice my concerns. I understand that schedules can be busy, but not responding to a customer is unprofessional and disappointing. Her appointments are also scheduled right in the middle of the workday, which makes it difficult for clients who work a regular schedule to always get away. My work schedule is hectic, and that is the reason I needed to make changes not because I was intentionally disregarding my appointments. Overall, I feel the customer service and communication could be much better. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a stylist who has clear, consistent policies and communicates with their clients. Update: Her response only further highlighted the inconsistent treatment. After I stated that I had left a review and contacted property management, she finally responded, only to say that the salon owner “isn’t my boss.” That response was dismissive and unprofessional. If deposits are required, they should be required consistently from all customers not selectively. The inconsistent treatment and her response speak for themselves.
