PHI'S AUTO BODY & REPAIR

I went in for an oil change this week because my dealership didn't have any appointments available until next month. I also asked about some other services that my dealership had recommended on a previous visit to them. He gave me honest feedback that I didn't need them. He didn't try to upsell me on other services. Wow, I'll definitely go back!

Had a front bumper with a part missing that exposed a hole in the front of my car that needed replaced. The car itself worked fine but over time it was clear it was going to structurally come more and more loose so it needed repaired. It was a 2019 Camry and after getting some quotes near where I live (west side LA/pasadena)— I reached out to them being a fellow Korean and wanting to support— and drove all the way down to garden grove because even after interviewing everyone else— I felt like I could trust them the most. They did an awesome job and completed it all at a fair and reasonable price (especially compared to all competitors closer to DTLA/westside) and most of all— with incredible turnaround speed. Communication was super fast, clear, direct, and concise and language barrier is not an issue at all. Even if you’re not Korean or near the area— if you don’t wanna get ripped off or just want an honest, direct experience— would highly recommend you work with them. Special note too— I dropped my car off to get fixed over the holidays right before I flew out of town to visit family. They called within just 3 days of leaving town that the car was already done, and at the time I was scheduled to arrive back within a few days and we scheduled on picking the car back up then— but then the LA wildfires happened + a number of personal things in my life and so I wouldn’t be returning for another week or so and they were understanding and held onto my car as long as they reasonably could. I ended up having to stay with my family longer than anticipated and so we were able to arrange having a friend pick up my car on my behalf and they were super easy to work with and coordinate all that too. Overall— 10/10 experience. Effective. To the point. Job done well. Attentive and considerate— And all at a fair price. I was just a fellow Korean looking to support and get some good work done and in the process found a real gem and some very honest, good-working guys. Would recommend anytime and will be going to them for any more issues in the future.

Phi and his team did an amazing job on replacing my bumper and tail light! Without me requesting, they also retouched the paint on past minor dings and calibrated my car's tech features as well! All for a great price! Highly recommend!

This was the 3rd shop I had came to looking for an estimate and Phi quoted me almost a 3rd of the price compared to the other guys in the area. Phi and his team were exceptionally good in their craft. Even buffed out the scratches on my car on the parts I didn’t requested service for. 10/10. Def would come back if needed Thank you Phi

I've been a customer for about 10 years here. Phi is a man of honesty and integrity, very rare in recent car industry. He looks more like a mechanic now than ~10 yrs ago, looked like a shy middle school boy hahaha... God bless him and the business!
