I’ve been looking forward to this location opening. I didn’t try any coffee yet but the passion fruit tea is delicious and looks so pretty! This location is really nice, and they’ve done a lot of updating after the previous boba shop vacated.

The Vietnamese coffee here is worth sacrificing your lactose sensitivities. I tend to add soy milk to my drinks, but I’m sure the toppings have dairy anyway. I don’t mind because cream vs milk has different lactose content—milk is higher in lactose. The pumpkin spice coffee was so good! Banana coffee is a close second. I wish they had one right outside LO (within 10 minutes), but it’s worth the drive to any location. I went to two different locations two days in a row (Beaverton and this one). The salted egg cupcake was lightly, tangy, and different. It was a nostalgic flavor although I’ve never had it before. Ngot PDX tiramisu tins are sold here too.
