Pho Sky Blossom definitely makes a strong first impression. The interior is beautiful, modern, upscale, and thoughtfully designed. It feels like the kind of place you’d bring someone when you want to impress them, and the menu prices definitely reflect that atmosphere. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the Stone Bowl Combination Pho, adding a short rib for an extra $11. The Bun Bo Hue broth was flavorful and satisfying, while the pho broth was excellent—rich, aromatic, and easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the value just wasn’t there for me. For the price, I expected much more from the short rib. It arrived smaller than the palm of my hand and was overcooked. At other pho restaurants, I’ve had massive Texas BBQ-sized short ribs that practically hang over the bowl, and they cost 11$ cheaper. If the short rib had at least been larger or cooked perfectly, the price might have been easier to justify. The service was good throughout our visit, and the staff were friendly and attentive. That said, I don’t see myself returning at this price point. There are several pho spots that offer similar or arguably even better flavors while giving you significantly more food for your money. If you’re looking for a stylish dining experience with a great atmosphere, pHo Sky Blossom delivers. But if you’re primarily chasing the best pho value in town, there are probably better options. In the end, it feels like you’re paying as much for the ambiance and location as you are for the food

Tried Pho Sky Blossom and it did not disappoint! 🍜✨ The service was friendly and attentive—special thanks to our server Khany for taking such great care of us. You can really feel that this is a family-owned place, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle (Bún Bò Huế) and spring rolls—both were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The broth had a rich, bold taste with just the right amount of spice. The place itself is gorgeous, with a cozy and modern vibe that makes the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back—highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Vietnamese food!

We tried Pho Sky Blossom today and it was definitely worth every penny. The restaurant had a beautiful, chill vibe. The wait time wasn’t long at all, around 10-15 minute. The staff was super friendly and checked on us often. I had the Thai pad with chicken and it was very delicious, cooked to perfection. The proportion sizes were large and we had enough to take with us. Kid friendly menu options: chicken nuggets and fries. If you’re in orlando this spot is definitely worth it!

This is one of the best restaurants i have ever eaten in Florida, the Bun bo Hue is tasty, a little spicy and very flavorful. I would recommend Hot Stone Pho with Short Rib, the restaurant’s Signature, the meat is fresh and broth taste like real Southern Vietnam pho! 100% recommend this restaurant, i would come back again

The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the generous portions of tender beef and pork make it a hearty, comforting bowl you won’t forget. Service is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the overall experience hits all the right notes. If you’re anywhere near Orlando and love Vietnamese cuisine, don’t skip this spot—especially for the Bún Bò Huế. Easy 5 stars!
