Pho Xom is a Vietnamese restaurant in Carrollton, TX, serving comforting bowls of pho and other Vietnamese favorites at 2700 Old Denton Rd Unit 115. With a 4.7 rating from 546 reviews, it has become a well-regarded local stop for diners looking for a satisfying meal rooted in Vietnamese flavors. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is closed on Sundays, making it a convenient choice for lunch, dinner, dine-in visits, and takeout during the week.

Pho is at the heart of the menu, and customer feedback often highlights the depth of the broth, which is reported to be simmered for 12 hours. Guests mention the Pho Signature and Pho Combination as flavorful, dependable choices, while the Pho Tai features thinly sliced steak with garlic and black pepper. Those interested in a richer, more substantial bowl may appreciate the pho rib bowl, noted by diners for tender rib meat and a balanced, savory broth. Northern Vietnamese-style pho is also part of the experience, with a profile described as less sweet and noodles that are thicker than some Southern-style versions.

Beyond traditional soup pho, Pho Xom offers variety for guests who want to explore different textures and preparations. Reviews call out the dry pho style as a strong option, and diners have praised noodles for arriving just right rather than over- or undercooked. Egg rolls make an easy addition to the meal, especially for sharing or starting with something crisp before a bowl of pho. These details make the restaurant suitable for regular pho fans as well as first-time visitors deciding which Vietnamese dishes to try.

The setting adds to the visit. Customers describe a warm, thoughtfully designed space with details that evoke walking through an alley in Vietnam. Ordering is handled through a kiosk before guests are seated, creating a straightforward process, while reviews also note friendly, attentive staff. Because the restaurant can draw a crowd, guests may encounter a wait during busy periods; reviewers nevertheless describe the food as worth it.

For Vietnamese food in Carrollton, Texas, Pho Xom is a practical destination for solo lunches, casual meals with friends, family dinners, and takeout cravings. Whether the plan is a classic combination pho, steak-topped Pho Tai, a savory rib bowl, or dry pho, Pho Xom offers a focused Vietnamese restaurant experience shaped by comforting broth, carefully prepared noodles, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Food: Started with the Egg Rolls, which come with two pieces per order for only $4 (at the time of this review), making it a nice supplement, without it being too filling. Then, we had the Pho Signature and Pho Combination, which was great overall. The broth is simmered for 12 hours, culminating in a bright, clean, and flavorful liquid gold. Don’t usually have flat rice noodles when having pho, so that was a nice surprise. Service: No complaints! Busy on a Friday afternoon, but didn’t have to wait. Orders are placed digitally, through a QR code. WiFi is available, but if it doesn’t work, and if your cell service also fails you like it did us, they can take your order manually. Ambiance: Casual, cozy. Parking: Adjacent parking garage with dedicated “retail” parking spots.

This is my most favorite Pho place so far. I have been eating here and taken out many times. If you’re craving a bowl of pho that truly captures the soul of Vietnamese home cooking, this place is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, beautifully designed space that feels both modern and comforting—like a little piece of home away from home. The pho here is outstanding. The broth is rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful—clearly simmered for hours with care. Every spoonful brings that authentic, nostalgic taste that’s hard to find. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is prepared with attention to detail. They also sliced pickle garlic and ngò gai “culantro/long coriander/sawtooth herb” to add to your Pho. What really makes the experience even better is the staff. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel valued as a customer. Whether dining in or ordering to-go, the service is consistently excellent. Speaking of takeout, they do an amazing job with packaging. Everything is neatly packed, secure, and well-organized—so your food arrives just as delicious as it would be at the restaurant, which I have not seen in any other Pho places. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese flavors, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service.

We had to wait for about 20mins to get a table but it WAS SO WORTH IT!!! Northern Vietnamese pho isn’t quite as sweet as its Southern counterpart, and the noodles are thicker (the more you know). We got the Pho Tai, with thinly sliced steak, garlic and black pepper. It was delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and even brought us a little extra broth! Wonderful coconut iced coffee as well! The only negative was that they were sold out of egg rolls. I totally understand since it was a busy night, and everything is made from scratch. Oh well, I guess I’ll need to comeback for those!

I ate at Pho Xom yesterday and I’m still thinking about it! I ordered the pho rib bowl and to be completely honest it was shockingly amazing! The rib meat was incredibly tender and packed with so much flavor. The broth was rich and perfectly balanced, complementing the savory tender rib beautifully. It’s easily one of the best pho bowls I have had in a long time. It was so delicious that I want to slap who ever made it. Definitely not going to Arlington for pho anymore :) If you’re visiting Pho Xom, You absolutely have to try the pho rib bowl. Great food, great flavors, great service, super clean - this is my go to pho restaurant forever!

Love the details walking In, similar in Vietnam going through an alley way. You order through the kiosk and then wait to be seated. Staff were friendly and nice. Service 5/5 Pho combination 5/5 and the noodles were spectacular not over cook and not under cook. Dry pho style my friend got was amazing. Egg rolls $4 for 2 was good as well. The place was very busy and had lots of seating. Highly recommend coming here to try. Thank y ok again.
