The tamarind ice is my favorite drink I’ve ever had. It was complex and smooth and not super booze forward. Felt like an upscale version of Tamarind Jaritos soda and the peanut garnish as it melted into the drink was amazing. Genuinely can’t stop thinking about it. Also had the viet coffee drink which was on par with the best espresso martinis I’ve had. The experience is super intimate and the bartenders are super knowledgeable and kind. Genuinely unforgettable vibes and drinks. Great place to converse with friends and was a perfect end to my Seattle trip. Could not recommend more!

This is my favorite place to get cocktails in Seattle! Very well crafted cocktails. It’s intimate, dimly lit, and has a moody charm to it, making it ideal if you're looking for a low-key date spot or a quiet catchup with a close friend. The menu has a lot of personality but the Lá Dừa is by far my favorite. The flavor profile is incredible, though a quick heads-up if you order it: it is definitely on the boozier side.
**Great drinks, fun vibe!** Phocific Standard Time is such a cool spot in downtown Seattle. We tried the egg coffee cocktail and the tequila peanut drink—both were super unique and delicious. The flavors were unexpected in the best way. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, sitting at the bar was fun being able to watch all the drinks be made. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!
We really enjoyed our time here. I came for my birthday. Drinks are very strong and tasty. Service is good. And after drinks, you can get pho downstairs. High recommend pho bac afterwards.
