Phoenix International Travel & Tours is a travel agency in Mesa, AZ, located at 66 S Dobson Rd #111, Mesa, AZ 85202. It is an option for travelers seeking help with international travel arrangements, including Chinese visa applications and airline tickets. Customer experiences describe assistance with preparing visa paperwork and handling steps before submission, which may be useful if you prefer guidance rather than managing every part of an application on your own. Contact the agency directly to confirm the services available for your particular destination and travel dates.

Chinese visa assistance is one of the services mentioned by customers. Some reviewers say the agency helped them receive a visa within two or three weeks, and one describes front-end preparation that helped the application proceed without issues. These accounts point to a practical benefit: support with getting documents and application details ready ahead of time. Processing times and outcomes can vary, however, and a previous customer's experience is not a guarantee. Ask what documents are needed, what the expected timeline is, and how updates will be shared before you begin.

The customer feedback is mixed, so clear communication is especially important. Several reviewers praise the staff as friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and one describes the price as reasonable. Other feedback raises concerns about limited communication during a visa process and an option related to an expired visa that the reviewer says was not explained. A separate reviewer reports an unexpected baggage charge connected with an airline ticket. These are individual accounts, but they make it sensible to confirm fees, ticket conditions, baggage rules, visa options, and refund or rejection policies in writing before paying.

The office is at 66 S Dobson Rd #111 in Mesa, making it a local point of contact for people in the area who want to discuss travel arrangements in person. It may suit travelers who value one-to-one help with an international itinerary or visa paperwork, especially when they have questions about preparation and timing. If you are comparing agencies, bring your itinerary and any relevant application documents, then ask for a clear explanation of the service, total cost, and next steps. Confirm details directly with the business, since requirements can depend on the destination and traveler.

Phoenix International Travel & Tours is listed with a 3.9-star rating from 31 reviews. Its posted hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. Because visa requirements, airline fares, and baggage policies may change, verify current information before making plans. A quick call or visit during business hours can help you understand what assistance is available and decide whether the agency is a good fit for your trip.

This business is great. Very efficient and knowledgeable. We got our Chinese visa in two weeks with no issues because they did a lot of front end works ahead of time. The price is very reasonable. Very friendly staffs. I'd highly recommend them.

Chinese visa rejected with lack of communication during the process. Had the option to extend the expired visa for free but they automatically rejected the option without informing us about this. Still charged us full price for rejected 10 year visa with no information about what happened

The airline ticket seller in this store was very irresponsible. i was charged $380 extra for a round trip ticket from phoenix city to guangzhou, this is the first time i heard that international flights don 't include baggage fees. even the airport staff thought it was weird. the ticket left me stranded for no reason I was very confused and the clerk was very rude.
