My time with Home Care from Genworth was very good. My nurse Toni was very attentive. She never took off unless she had to. She was not a thief either. U can trust the company for competency.

Rose provided me with the most amazing wound care during an extremely difficult and serious medical situation. From the very beginning, she was incredibly caring, compassionate, dependable, and professional. She always made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, and her positive attitude and kindness made a tremendous difference in my recovery. What stood out most about Rose was that her care went far beyond simply doing her job. She took the time to make sure I was doing okay, listened to my concerns, and consistently made me feel like I was in very capable hands. During a time when I was dealing with a lot of uncertainty, having someone like Rose there provided a tremendous sense of comfort and reassurance. I cannot say enough positive things about her. When you are going through a serious medical situation, you would be incredibly fortunate to have Rose by your side. She is the type of healthcare professional who leaves a lasting impression because you can tell she truly cares about the people she is helping. If I were ever in need of her services again, I would do everything physically possible to make sure Rose was the person caring for me. She would be my number one choice without hesitation. I feel extremely fortunate that she was part of my care team, and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone.

Rose was extremely supportive through all of the confusion & helplessness after being released from the hospital. She helped explain the healing process & was always available to support. Even when I felt really bad about texting her, she still responded & never made me feel like an annoyance. I’ll be forever grateful for helping me get through the hardest time in my life

I was fortunate enough over this last year to have Rose as a wound care news for two times the Care was outstanding. She was unbelievable. She made sure that I always had advanced notice in the beginning so that could prepare for removal of the dressings and always assured me that I could contact her anytime 24 seven If any problems came up . PHS is truly fortunate to have her as a Wound care, nurse it hurt
