Checking out the new place (been there awhile) since already checked the original one in GG Main Street. This place is across from the park and it has plenty of parking space. Seem smaller but spacious and well decor then the other. Plenty of inside and outdoor patio seating overlooking the street and the park. Great service, good drinks, okey foods. They do have combo special (bánh mì & coffee) for $10 (not including tax & tip). Short wait for the foods & great chill vibe.
Happy hour Nov 7-15? If you can’t handle sweet, ask for stronger tea. Cute place and nicely decorated with open space, smaller than the one in Garden Grove buy still delivered an excellent atmosphere! I always order lychee Lotus Tea extra tea, extra sweet

$7.99 for 1 piece of Bò viên/meatball cut in 4 small pieces in a tiny cup. Price to food ratio is robbery. The coffee is at least good. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready even though they said it would take only 10 minutes. 10/10 would never come back. Phuc u Long time.
