Piccolo Snowman - Italian Ice, Ice Cream & Boba Tea

Super cute place! Has a couple different options for boba, Italian ice (which has a nice texture, I recommend the horchata) and milkshakes. I ordered an oreos and cream milkshake and it the consistency was great! Madeline took my order and she was so sweet, energetic, and helpful!! It's a great place to bring kids as well, they have an activity wall! Will definitely be around more as it gets hotter!

Nice place to enjoy a refreshing cold treat! The drinks are delicious, and there are plenty of options to choose from. A special thank you to Madelin for making our boba tea—she was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Her great customer service made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

came here at 8 thinking the workers would be tired and wouldn't let me stay inside for too long due to them about to close, but the workers Mariah and Madeline were so nice and kind to me. The drink they made me was beautiful and tasted so good. Definitely suggest coming here!!

The staff were incredibly friendly when I went. They were very patient and kind with me and my younger siblings being indecisive with the flavors. Also, I’ve never been a big fan of boba but the flavors offered here are amazing and it’s the only place I’ll drink boba at. Not to mention it was pretty affordable compared to other ice cream and boba places.

Although the ice cream tasted good, customer service was awful. First, I ordered 3 medium ice creams, and AFTER they were made, I was informed there were no medium caps. So she gave me large caps instead. When I asked her about it, she claimed there was no delivery and nothing was her fault. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she kept arguing with me, talking back, showing no respect. When I asked where her manager was, she said she was the manager. In the end, I asked for a large cup so, I could pour the ice cream into that cup, and fit the large cap she gave me. The cap didn't even fit! I told her, and again, she dusts off her shoulder and says it's not her fault. The attitude given was not respectful or appreciated. I really hope the owner see this comments so that they can provide more training. This should be a happy place but turned out pretty nasty
