I had an outstanding experience at Pine Cove Dental from start to finish. Katie at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to scheduling. Dr. Do was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, and I never felt rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Both hygienists I saw were excellent as well. They were thorough, gentle, and made what is usually an uncomfortable appointment surprisingly pleasant. I also want to recognize both dental assistants. One was in training, and it was great to see the culture of the office firsthand. Dr. Do and the more experienced assistant did an excellent job teaching and guiding her throughout the appointment while still providing exceptional patient care. Their patience, professionalism, and teamwork really stood out. It’s not often you find an office where every single person you interact with is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoys what they do. I highly recommend Pine Cove Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that truly puts patients first.
