I was referred to Dr Hoang from a friend. It was very easy to set up an apt: I was sent a link to fill out paperwork before my apt which streamlined the first patient appointment. She accepted my insurance therefore I only had to pay a $20 copay. The staff at Pine Forest Medical Center was also welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Hoang is an exceptional physician. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend.

The doctor is knowledgeable about functional medicine, and I didn't have a problem with the office until there was an issue with a test that they performed. The office "manager" absolutely did not want to try to resolve it, and proceeded to tell me that it was "not her job". It took months to get it resolved, with no help from them. So, it was an okay experience until the incompetent staff ruined it. Also, they very rarely answered the phones.
I really like Dr. Hoang. She is kind, listens, is thorough in her exam, and is very knowledgeable. And the rest of the staff is amazing! Again, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and made the appointment pleasant. I am excited about the possibility of feeling better after seeing other doctors and just being told the same thing over and over for years, with no improvement. Thank you Dr. Hoang!
