Pinnacle Nissan

Given the circumstances surrounding the market in our locality, it was necessary to look further afield in an effort to replace our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. To this end, we found Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale, Arizona after much frustration locally. We called the Sales Manager, Josh, to confirm pricing as we did not want any surprises following a 6 hour drive to the dealership who corroborated same. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home, a "shout out" to Nathan, the General Manager, as well as several other individuals whose name we did not get! After the initial discussion with Jonathan and Aubrey, our sales reps, we were able to arrive at a price and terms amicable to both parties. Finance was incredible and did not impose the typical "beating" associated the purchase process. We greatly enjoyed Matt and Eddie, who to their credit did not make us feel uncomfortable during the document signing. Their positivity and sense of humor was much appreciated given our exhaustion following the drive and purchase! Given our status as not being from the area, they provided some venue options during our stay which paid dividends! I'm sure driving 400 miles to the dealership raised a few eyebrows, but we'd like to thank the team as we were at wit's end in our market and the "mission" to replace my wife's car was accomplished, and with much less trauma than I had calculated on our way in! To be fair and show some numbers, there were 5 vehicles available where we are and Pinnacle had 98! To the fellow with a floor model suggestion (the pickup truck with a little bit of dust) showing that these vehicles are meant for use and recreation, brilliant! In addition, a shout out to Scottsdale! We met some of the nicest people there and had an incredible time during our visit! We were not only able to purchase a new car, but have an incredible weekend in such beautiful city, with so many wonderful people and so much to do! We will back... Garry & Irma

Nick, Carson, and Moses were absolutely fantastic to work with! I had my Nissan Sentra for 11 years and it was time to upgrade to an 2026 Nissan rogue rock creek! I am so happy with the car and the experience I had. Eddie is always fantastic to work with too in service, I have been going to him for 2 1/2 years!

Smooth experience! Purchased sight unseen from out of state. Completed the forms and transaction digitally in one day. Flew in the next morning and Nismo Nick picked me up from the airport. Moses, Chris, and Nick were very helpful. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Nissan for anything Nissan or Z. Probably my best dealership experience!

I bought a car recently form Pinnacle Nissan and we had great customer service and found the car we wanted. Chris N. was our sales person and he was amazing and super patient and answered all our questions. The Manager Josh also got involved and gave us a great deal.
