At Polaris Cafe, drinks can be made to fit individual preferences rather than a one-size-fits-all order. One customer reported being asked about five matcha choices, including sweetness, milk, toppings, and whether the drink should be iced or hot; that attention helped produce a drink that matched the request. The menu also includes Vietnamese coffee for guests interested in that familiar style. Customer comments also point to a broad mix of vegetarian choices, breakfast items, lunch options, pastries, desserts, and specials. That range gives solo workers, students, nearby employees, and casual lunch meetups different ways to use the cafe. It is a sensible stop when one person wants coffee while another is looking for a filling meal or a sweet finish.

Came here for lunch and it was such a good find! The baristas were super friendly and thorough — they asked me like 5 variables for my matcha including sweetness, milk, toppings, iced/hot — and it was exactly how I like it! I got a tomato panini which was hot and delicious! Great ambiance seating area … filled with plants!

i ordered the vietnamese coffee, which i was warned would be pretty sweet. i’ve had much better vietnamese coffee elsewhere that isn’t so sweet. i wouldn’t order it again. customer service was great tho. if i come back, id like to try their food.

Polaris Cafe is like a big oasis in the middle of a city. This is my new favorite spot to decompress and study. It is very inviting and relaxing. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. The vegetarian, breakfast, lunch, pastry and dessert options are a lot. The specials for today are butter chicken and tandoori chicken over basmati rice. I got my drink for $6. I am very glad to see that it is not packed. I can literally just sleep here. It look so peaceful with all the plants and granite tables + the beautiful fountain and scenery out the floor to ceiling windows. I’ll go the extra 20 miles to study here. I really love the concept and would love to have my own like this in the future.

Love this little cafe! They turn out some delicious flavors. I get the breakfast burrito and it’s fire every time. So many yummy options for lunch too! The order ahead option is great too. Overall really cool atmosphere too with small little nick nacks and sauces to purchase.

coolest ambience ever?? their menu is so diverse and has a wide range of things to choose from. i got their iced matcha with their special cream flavour (white chocolate raspberry cheese foam) which legitimately tasted like white chocolate raspberry icecream and was amazing. but, i have to mention that the matcha was wayyyy too sweet it sadly ruined the drink. i got mine 75% sweet, and i normally never order a reduced sweetness, and it was still far too sweet it kind of went down like a milkshake. so just a heads up order it around 25% or 50% at most. they do use a good quality matcha though. also all the staff were lovely.
