Sign in to reviewCalled for a quote. Refused to provide as he didn’t want to spend the time on it unless I gave him the alternate dealers quoted price. This type of interaction does not build trust and unfortunately is the reason some auto shops get bad reps. Another company called and was beyond professional. I’ll take my business there.

Thank you so very much to Jose and crew for not only doing such a great job with the low and bright beam headlights on my Lexus, but also for making this repair AFFORDABLE! I had already been pulled over 2x and given warnings to fix the dim headlights, and funds now are tight. I heard and read so many great things from customers at your shop, so I went for broke and booked an appointment to see if my car's headlights could be replaced at a lower cost than what my car dealership had quoted. I was and am pleasantly surprised at how you all took one look and said you had the parts on hand and that they could be installed and the car ready by the next afternoon. And at 15% of the cost (including labor!!) that my car dealer originally quoted! Thank you again Jose and crew, I have found my new car guys!!!
Poway Auto Repair is a gem. They took such great care of me when I had an Engine Management System Problem error pop up on my van's dashboard. The whole team there is knowledgeable, helpful, and diagnosed the problem for me and fixed it the same day. Poway Auto Repair made sure I knew what was happening and gave me all the possible options and didn't overcharge or take advantage of me but went out of their way to help me. I cannot recommend them more highly. They will be our new go-to auto repair shop!
Jose and his team bailed me out again! My brakes went metal to metal (Not good!) just hours before I was supposed to drive to NorCal.
