Precision Automotive Services

Precision Automotive Services is an auto repair shop at 5725 South Blvd Suite B in Charlotte, NC 28217. For drivers looking for help with everyday vehicle repairs or an unexpected problem, the shop’s customer reviews describe work ranging from brake replacement and coolant-leak repairs to oil changes, inspections, battery replacement, and broader diagnostic workups. These examples offer a useful picture of the needs customers have brought in; ask the shop directly whether it can address your vehicle’s specific issue.

Several reviewers call out communication as an important part of their experience. One describes staff explaining the work and helping prioritize which repairs to handle immediately and which might wait. Others mention returning for more than one repair and describe the people they worked with as trustworthy and affordable. For a driver weighing several repairs or facing an unexpected expense, a clear explanation of the diagnosis and repair priorities can make the next step easier to understand. Consider discussing the symptoms, estimate, and timing with the shop before authorizing work.

The customer accounts also point to a range of vehicles and situations, including an older Volkswagen Beetle that needed extensive attention and a car with a coolant leak. Another reviewer describes receiving a diagnostic workup alongside brakes, an oil change, an inspection, a battery, and work on the main problem. Reviews also include a less positive account involving air-conditioning work, so experiences are not uniformly described as successful. As with any repair decision, it is sensible to confirm what has been diagnosed, what the proposed work includes, and what results to expect for your car.

Precision Automotive Services has a listed rating of 4.7 from 80 reviews. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Its South Boulevard location serves Charlotte-area motorists seeking a local repair shop for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair needs. It may be a fit for drivers who value talking through repair options, especially when deciding what to address first. Before visiting, call to confirm current hours, availability, and whether the shop can take on your particular service. Bring any relevant warning-light details or a description of when the problem occurs to help explain your concern.
