My family and I have been seeing Dr. Shai Patel for about 5.5 years and have had a very good experience throughout. He’s friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on and what the procedure involves without making you feel pressured. I also appreciate that he walks through different options and answers questions honestly. He pays close attention to detail and invests the extra time to make sure everything feels right before you leave. I’ve always felt comfortable, even during more complex dental work. He’s also very accommodating if something comes up and usually tries to get you in the same day or next day. Dr. Patel’s assistant, Anna, is excellent—experienced, patient, and reassuring, and she helps make the visits feel comfortable and smooth. Would definitely recommend.
I was visiting from Illinois and had to have a tooth extracted . So glad I chose precision smiles. Dr. Jameel was absolutely the greatest. He took his time explaining the procedure and let me know what to expect. I had no pain during the procedure nor did I experience pain after my tooth was extracted. I will definitely return to Texas to have another procedure done in the next few months.
