Sign in to reviewDR. Delaney is a very considerate and knowledgeable dentist. He listens and does exactly whats necessary and more. Highly recommend him. His staff is really great. They all treat me with much respect.
I called the office because my insurance is changing and I won't receive my new insurance card until a few days after my scheduled appointment on 6/4/26. I was simply looking for guidance on how to handle the situation and whether I should keep or reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was not very professional. During the conversation, she made several comments about how she thought I should handle the situation rather than focusing on helping me understand the office's process or available options. The interaction left me with the impression that customer service was not a priority... that keeping business was not a priority. When I ultimately asked about rescheduling, I was told the office was booked until 2027. If that's accurate, then business must be going well, but it also means they were unable to offer any reasonable accommodation for an existing patient dealing with an insurance change. I've decided to look elsewhere for dental care.
I’ve been coming to Preferred Dental Group for a couple of years now, and every visit has been a positive experience. I always feel taken care of and truly understood. I bring my children here as well, and we’ve consistently received excellent care—whether it’s for routine cleanings or emergency visits. Both of my kids feel comfortable and confident with the dentist, just like I do. I struggle with dental anxiety from past experiences, but Dr. Dialani is always incredibly patient and treats me like family. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Going to the dentist can be stressful, and finding a good one isn’t easy—but I’m so glad we found this office.
Starting with reception to completing full service, Preferred Dental Care and my Dental Surgeon Dr. Naresh Dialani did fantastic professional work. Receptionist was polite and professional. She checked me in soon as I got there , earlier than my appointment. X-ray tech proceeded to take my X-rays based on my dental issues. When done, Dr. Dialani came fully prepared to do my fillings and measure me for dental Guard. The whole process was completed in less than 30 minutes with no pain. GREAT OFFICE. GREAT DENTIST.
Most amazing staff ever! Never liked going to the dentist in my life lol but everyone here made it so easy and really took care of me. And very transparent with cost and work needed. I highly recommend coming here. Not scared of the dentist anymore!!
