Premier Imports of Charlotte

Premier Imports of Charlotte is an auto repair shop at 2513 Allen Rd S in Charlotte, NC 28269. The shop is led by Felix and his technicians, and customer accounts describe help with diagnosing and repairing vehicles including BMW, Mercedes, and Jeep Wrangler models. If you have a dealership diagnostic or are trying to understand what a repair may involve, one reviewer says Felix took time to explain the recommended work and potential cost. That kind of conversation can help you ask informed questions before deciding how to proceed with service.

Customers mention straightforward diagnosis, repairs, and communication about costs as important parts of their experience. One reviewer says their car was diagnosed and fixed quickly and that they felt safe and cared for. Other long-time customers describe bringing multiple vehicles to Felix and his crew over many years, with some traveling a considerable distance to return. These accounts suggest the shop may be a good fit for drivers who value a familiar mechanic and want to discuss a vehicle concern directly with the person overseeing the work. As with any repair decision, the right service and timing depend on your vehicle’s condition and the shop’s assessment.

Reviews are not uniform, and that context matters. While several customers praise trust, fairness, and the care they received, another reviewer reports dissatisfaction with communication and a disagreement about a needed part. The overall rating is 4.6 from 111 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a guarantee of a particular result. Before authorizing work, consider asking what the diagnosis shows, which repairs are recommended, what parts and labor are included, and whether there may be additional charges. Confirming the plan and expected timing can also help set clear expectations.

The shop’s customer feedback points to a personal, owner-involved experience rather than a large, anonymous service counter. Reviewers mention being able to talk through a dealership diagnosis, having work explained, and feeling looked after during a repair. That may be especially helpful if you are comparing options or want a mechanic to clarify what a suggested repair means. One customer also describes feeling comfortable seeking service as a woman, while another praises a recommendation from a trusted mechanic. These are individual experiences, but they offer useful context for drivers looking for a local shop and a direct conversation about their car.
