A phone call is always answered by a staff member with no delay. Their diagnostic Performance is like medical precision, in that every component of the car is checked and outcome delivered on a spreadsheet that perfectly displays not only to the staff, but also to the owner where The car is healthy and where attention should be considered. The owner is in the driver’s seat Determining along with the technician, what Action or actions need to be performed. Along with cost analysis, the owner is able to make a knowledgeable decision.as to a plan of action. Premier’s warranty on all work Performed is outstanding! Took my truck there instead of the dealership yesterday. All I can say is, WOW! Super friendly and professional staff. Complete assessment of systems with a list of urgent items (already knew these) and a report card of where my truck was according to mileage and manufacturer recommendations. Service was quick and communication was awesome. They even provided me a ride back to work while the service was being completed. Shop was very clean with a comfortable customer waiting area. Fantastic service! Adam and the mechanics who work on my car are generous and straight forward. They were so kind to repair a dangling rod without even charging me. They communicate clearly and are always welcoming and friendly. Their facility is sparkling clean and they are down to earth people. I love that they know me, my car, and its history.

I drive a Hyundai, and whenever a repair is covered under my Hyundai warranty, they honestly recommend taking it to the dealership so I can have it done at no cost. They even let me know about a recall on my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. Every time I bring my car in, the work is completed quickly, and they keep me updated throughout the entire process. Took my wife’s Mercedes in for servicing here, and I am so glad I did.
