Present Nail Spa

I love this salon. The people, the service, the way they go the extra mile to make sure every customer is happy. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and don’t plan on going anywhere else! Thank you Present Nails for being so wonderful!

I used to come here regularly to get my nails done, but started doing them at home myself a couple years ago. Last month, I wanted them done professionally and went somewhere else and had a bad experience, so tonight I went back to Present, because my nails always looked good and held up well. I agree with the last reviewer, that things are very different. I didn't like the color (which I chose, so my own fault) and I thought maybe that's why I didn't like them, but as I was paying, the girl at the register looked at my nails and immediately got a nail file to try to fix them a bit. You aren't supposed to file gel after curing, it breaks the seal and the polish will not last. When I got to the car, I looked more closely and realized the shape is uneven, the edges are very rough and they just don't look good. There's a bit of polish on a couple of my fingers that the girl at the register couldn't get off as well. a couple things that also stood out- -the tech used an e-file to remove gel from my natural nails that have no overlay and that's damaging to the nail plate. it also hurt when she hit the cuticles. -she sprayed my entire hands with alcohol instead of having me wash them, then immediately had me put one hand in the lamp for no reason other than maybe to get it out of the way? it was very weird. -the lamps they used to use were mostly OPI lamps, which were obviously professional lamps. the lamp she used didn't look professional or strong enough to properly cure gel polish. under cured gel polish can cause allergies. editing to add this- when she sprayed the alcohol on my hands a few spots burned pretty bad. I knew she hit my cuticles with the e-file in a couple places, but I didn't notice any bleeding or red spots last night. now I see the redness on both thumbs. this service was ridiculous and DAMAGING. I'll be going somewhere else to have them fixed.

First time here and what a find!! Standard pedi includes paraffin on the heels, extended leg and foot massage with lotion and hot stones, hot towels etc. Highly recommend!!.

I went to get my nails done about 5 days ago, And they start peeling around 2nd day, I want back and they Fixed it a lady with no energy whatsoever did my nails she seemed she was with an attitude. My nails after not even 24 hours start …

absolutely love Nicole and Tammy - they always do an amazing job and pay great attention to detail! My mom sees Linda, and she is so sweet and does a great job. The entire team here is friendly, welcoming, and makes the experience relaxing every time. The salon is clean & organized. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere!
