Prime Autos - Alignment Service Took my car into Prime Autos for an alignment and they were awesome. Got me in quick, explained what was off without the technical jargon, and showed me the before/after specs. Price was fair and they didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Car drives straight now, no more pulling or wheel shake. The techs clearly know what they’re doing and the front desk was friendly too. Hands down one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, they were professional and transparent about everything. I brought my car here in October 2025 to have the splash guard underneath my vehicle repaired. Before bringing it in, I called to make sure they could fix it, and they assured me they could. Within the last week, I took my car to another shop for routine maintenance, and the technician told me that the splash guard had been held on with zip ties instead of being properly repaired. I was never told they didn’t have the proper parts or hardware to fix it correctly. Had I known, I would have taken my car somewhere else. The splash guard came completely off while I was driving and flew into traffic, creating a dangerous situation for me and other drivers. I’m very disappointed that I paid for what I believed was a proper repair, only to find out months later that it was a temporary fix I was never informed about. I expected honesty and a safe, professional repair, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
