I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica and Caitlin. From the consultation through the finished result, the level of care, skill, honesty, and attention to detail was exceptional. My hair is not an easy canvas. It is very fine and fragile, and I have androgenic alopecia, so adding extensions requires much more than simply making the hair look beautiful. Protecting the hair I have and considering my long-term growth goals are extremely important to me. Veronica’s work absolutely exceeded my expectations. I showed her photos of extensions I had years ago, long before I developed androgenic alopecia, when I had considerably more natural hair and creating a seamless result was much easier. What Veronica accomplished with the hair I have now is honestly remarkable. The extensions blend beautifully, the placement is incredibly natural, and the finished result gave me the fullness and length I wanted without looking or feeling overwhelming on my fine hair. Caitlin expressed to me more than once that her primary goal is for her clients to leave feeling beautiful and confident, while also maintaining an open and honest dialogue about what may be too damaging for fragile hair to accomplish in a single appointment. I really appreciated that she looked beyond just the immediate result and considered my overall hair-growth and appearance goals when making recommendations. That balance between creating beautiful hair and protecting the health of my natural hair is exactly what I was looking for. I never felt as though they were simply trying to add as much hair as possible or push me toward something that might compromise my natural hair just to achieve a certain look. I left feeling more confident and genuinely thrilled with my hair.
