This was my third windshield replacement, purely due to the amount of time I spend on the road—and once again, Pro Glass absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, their customer service was top-tier. The team checked in before the install, made sure I had everything I needed, and stayed communicative the whole way through. The install itself was quick, efficient, and right on time, which matters a lot when you’re constantly on the go. A huge shout-out to Brandon and Jeremy, who handled the windshield replacement and sensor calibration flawlessly. Jeromy’s work calibrating the sensors was smooth and professional—no issues, no delays, just done right the first time. There are plenty of options out there, but Pro Glass stands out because of their people and their responsiveness. They’ve earned my trust and my business—customer for life. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and responsive this company was/is. We worked primarily with Garrett who was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. This is not to leave out the men that came to measure and/or install. They were also very good. The communication is clear and up front. We live in our RV and a huge pane of glass was completely shattered. The company was called and we had an immediate response . They offered options and timelines. AND the replacement was in and installed before the start of the projected window. You won’t go wrong with this company. The pricing was very reasonable.
