Professional Women's Massage and Spa

Horrific isn't close to an appropriate term for this business. Sadly, very disappointed in the major lack of professionalism by Christan. 1. My appointment was booked for 5 pm and she moved my appointment time back without asking if it even fit within my schedule. 2. The confirmation email has an address listed and when entering that address into GPS, it identified the location as 'Permanently Closed'. So I reached out to her as anyone would, to clarify the discrepancies in her location. 3. Upon contacting the business, the owner was not responsive, so I sent a series of texts explaining the issue and that I couldn't find their location. No response. 4. Looked on Groupon and saw another address listed, so I drove to that location, only to find that they are not at that address either! Still no word from the owner too. 5. Clicked on the website link for the business on Groupon, and its ANOTHER address!! 6. Once the owner finally contacted me back via text, her unprofessionalism was so obnoxious and rude that I requested that she cancel my appointment, in which I was sent a series of text messages back from her on how long it took her to get to the business, how she had to drive a scooter all the way there just for my appointment, and how she was going to take my money regardless if I tried to cancel with Groupon. I finally asked her to please not contact me again, however, that did not stop her from continuing to send me threatening and inappropriate messages. So very disappointed... and while I couldn't care less about her redeeming my voucher anyway even after NOT receiving the service I paid Groupon for, I most certainly will NEVER recommend this business and I most certainly will never do business with her again. And I will absolutely cancel the other vouchers I purchased for this business. Had I not received all of these text messages from her, I wouldn't feel the need to post this review and warn other consumers of her lack of Management and Customer Service skills.

They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but only called an hour and a half before my appointment to let me know they don't have hypoallergenic accommodations, yet have had the booking for a week. Then said hopefully I can get a refund. Clearly, they really don't want to work with people who bought groupons. Which by the other posts, seems to be a growing theme. Now, the massage therapist is harassing me via text message!!! Stay away from these psychos!!!!

The message therapist was very rude and unproffesional. I bought three massage bundle package for this. When i went there the massage therapist denied that i booked three massages and when i tried to show her the confirmations i recieved from them she refused to see it and rudly went inside. I tried to ask for cancellation and rebooking but she arrogantly said “ well even if you do the message or not, i will still redeem your Groupon no matter if you dont want to do it. She was veryy apethic and rude. I had three two guest with me from out of town and she made me embarassed infront of them. I would highly discourage this place, you can easily find better places with decent staff in the price that she charge. Please save your time and embarressment.

I hate that i had to give 1 star they don't deserve it . Wrong contact information they don't take online appoints the 1st number given to me went straight to vm for 2wks didn't even have a greeting with their name finally I got a different number from groupon called and someone just answered hello again no company greeting i had to ask if i was calling the right place I was told to text my info to make an appointment I waited over a week did not receive a call or text email nothing. I bought 2 massages one for my aunt as a mother's day gift and im mortified because she was all excited about getting a massage that will never happen. I wished this company lived up to its name woman's PROFESSIONAL massage I wish I had checked the reviews for this. Please don't waste your time here apparently they don't want to work with ppl who purchase from groupon.

She was almost 30 minutes late taking me back on my first massage- I have a special needs daughter and had issues with her and missed my second massage- she never called me to reschedule and I left her messages. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!
