Sign in to reviewI broke down on the side of the freeway due to my rear differential literally blowing up. I called here because it's close to home and was only a mile away from where I was stranded. Called and talked to Francisco and he gave me a good deal and welcomed my car in his parking spot and was very patient. Fast and speedy and got my car in and out. Will come back again
Horrible, was going to being in my car, ended up yelling at a worker for yanking and basically chocking a cat on a leach he was swinging the cat around. He seemed carless. Police was called.
This place does not answer phone calls or return calls. I had work done here on a 1997 Jeep. The receipt they give needs to be itemized and done on a computer. I cannot read it (see picture). The work done: Fuel pump Bar link Bar bushing Front strut dumper? Labor: $300 Parts: 497 Total: $835.51
So disappointed in bringing my vehicle here. I’m all for supporting businesses. But what shop keeps your car to fix for A YEAR! I literally checked every week to see how things are and everytime I go… they tell me come back tomorrow… now when the other workers see me they play around by saying tomorrow, tomorrow. I guess it’s funny to them but It’s sad. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
We had an old 2006 Honda Odyssey we were taking to Vegas in the summer so we had Francisco flush the cooling system and change the thermostat and the van ran just fine in the desert. I also have an old Mustang that needed tierods changed out and Pronto fixed it for a good price. All my vehicles go to Pronto.
