Pretty sure I got scammed. I called over the phone and asked how much a partial balayage would be and they told me 180 is an estimation and they would have to see my hair. I do feel pretty sad because they treated me so well but a water bottle and some pork doesn’t mean the price should had doubled. I didn’t get what I asked for. I wanted to get my bangs fixed into curtain bangs but she said she’ll do it next visit, I did not want my hair thinned so much to the point it looks super uneven in the back, and I wanted a lighter balayage but my hair came out looking the same color. The lady asked me how much it cost me to get it professionally done at Florida and I told the truth and she said wow so we’re a lot cheaper, only to charge me 350 at the end and demand a tip. The tip is in the price now since you decided to scam me. Do not go here.

Weekend walk-in, reached out via Yelp and the owner got back to me quickly that they could see me that day. Wash, cut & blow dry $60 Thanks Susan for my hair cut :)! She was helpful in her suggestions and listened to what I wanted. She also taught me how to style my hair at home and gave me a roller to do it myself!

Okay. Taken a few days to gather my thoughts and calm down, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. The salon is fine, the hairdressers are good, I can’t say they left me with a bad cut. However, I will say the cut IS NOT what was asked for or what I showed pictures of. I wanted a trim, refresh the layers I already had, and cut my bangs. Well I got substantially more than a trim. Leaving the salon I didn’t notice too much, but also felt rushed out. As soon as I got to my car and ran my hands through my hair I realized just how much was cut. My hair was not damaged, it is not colored, and heat is very rarely used, I expected a trim maybe no more than 2inches. Well about DOUBLE that was cut off. I also used to have thick hair, they thinned it IMMENSELY without discussion. The cut is not bad, it’s cute, it’s just not what I wanted and I am very upset by it and now obviously have to go through the process of trying to grow my hair out (which I stated I was doing before the cut started). Anyways, go to this salon if you want, again the cut isn’t bad, it’s just not at all what I asked for and would never have chosen to get this length. I am incredibly upset and will be wearing my hair up for the foreseeable future and not returning

Nick was amazing. He gave me such a fresh new look. My husband and I were walk-ins and they took us right away. 10 out of 10 I recommend QT Salon! We will definitely be going back!

It's been 5 years since I cut my hair. Last time I sat in one of these chairs was Jan. 18, 2020. I impulsively decided to cut my hair last minute, a few days before my birthday. I also had my bday photo shoot the same day of my hair cut. Parking: They're located in a big plaza with plenty of free parking. Service: It did took a while for a worker to acknowledge me after I walked in. Once they did recognize me, I felt rushed into a chair. But it was more calm afterwards. All workers are Vietnamese, but they do speak English. Enough to understand. I understand Viet, but idk how to respond lol. I made an appointment through Yelp. I received an immediate response from Tracy, and she was very responsive the whole time. She gave me an estimate of how much my hair cut would be and was able to accommodate a last min appointment. Style: I came in for a straight cut above the shoulders. I didn't have the best reference photo, but they still did amazing! Tracy measured my hair, and it was a little over 30 inches long. She let me cut my own hair to start off haha. We cut off 20 inches. I was shampooed by another worker (forgot her name). Kenny cut the rest of my hair, and he was quick and efficient. He carefully cut my hair, blow dried, & straightened it. Pricing: The hair cut was $60, and I tipped $10. I absolutely looove the way my hair turned out!
