Sign in to reviewVery lively and fun atmosphere. Good food too and the staff are super friendly! Very loud so don't expect to hold an convos. Maybe a little more bass beats will set this place over the top!
Very disappointing experience My friends and I came here to celebrate an anniversary and really looking forward to enjoying karaoke .Unfortunately ,if turned into the worst experience ever in little Saigon We order plenty of food,the food are ok,fried rice,hotpot,are more than good…And we start asking the host to sing but there is another table having a bd party too,maybe this table knows the waitress or owner I don’t know but they monopolized the micro for 7 songs,without any rotation .We waited patiently for our turn but it never came,no one from the staff intervened to manage the turn. We didn’t come here to ask for free food,we pay like everyone else,just expecting a fair and enjoyable experience .There s many others places in this area we knew,we just want to try this one tonight but this was the big mistake of 2026. If you are looking for good experience and friendly places,go to Blue Ocean,LV…even Quan Gio is much more friendly and fair. Worst place to spend your money .I hope the owner read this and rethink his way of business ,we are in USA and the fairness ,customer service make the difference.There are plenty of places.Hope Q10 will change positively.
Very chill and clean environment! The staff is very friendly and the wine list is beyond anything you can find locally. Seafood is actually fresh and the owners actually great you! Best place to hangout on Saturdays!
First time here and it seems to be a chilled spot with an older crowd. Fun without the young crowd drama this Saturday night. Lots of mixed upbeat music.
