Quantum Healthcare

Quantum home health does not follow Drs orders as medicare approved they go by their therapy recommendations then if there is no therapy they provide no bath aids. They try to make the treatment decisions over the Dr's orders Medicare says what ever the Dr deems necessary I was told by medicare from 5 different agents. I am moving forward to a agency who follows Dr recommendations. 7 mts with Quantum never had but 2 bath visits total until February finally got a great bath aid then was told as of May they would be discharged because they discharged therapy. They kept telling me that medicare might not pay them because of my husband's long term care. They told me that I should be taught by the bath aid and therapy to do it myself. I am 84 and why do I have medicare and excellent private insurance for. Something is very wrong with this agency.
