Clients often mention acrylic nails, gel manicures, French tips, and pedicures as popular services here. I have had two wonderful experiences at this salon. Andy does PERFECT acrylic nails. He is quick and very precise and he gave my nails a lot of attention. The salon is clean and well kept with reasonable prices. They do their best to fit in walk-ins. Highly recommend this snail salon for acrylic nails.

Everyone is super caring and they're the nicest staff! The place was very clean and had 👍 atmosphere! I got French tip and gel on my natural nails. I also got French tip for my pedicure. Everything came out very clean and pretty! The service was the best! I definitely felt relaxed. Thank you guys for a pain free and relaxed experience!

I’ve given Queen Nail multiple chances, but after this third negative experience, I feel it’s necessary to speak up. I called ahead to ask about coming in around 1:30 PM and was told no appointment was needed—just to come in. I arrived on time, picked my polish, and waited patiently. When I finally sat down, I explained to the nail tech that a previous professional had advised me to replace the acrylic due to cracking. Instead of hearing me out or simply checking my nails, she immediately dismissed me and said, “you should go back to them then.” Let me be clear: the salon I went to previously was out of state while I was on a business trip. That response wasn’t just unhelpful—it was flat-out disrespectful, especially considering how often Black women like myself frequent this salon and keep their business running. For a tech to so casually suggest I go elsewhere, without offering a solution or showing any professional courtesy, was insulting. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable or undervalued here, but it will definitely be the last. What made it even clearer was walking right around the corner to another salon, where I was welcomed warmly, listened to with care, and received excellent service. They heard my concerns, offered solutions without attitude, and treated me like a valued client—exactly what I expect when spending my money. If you’re going to profit off the loyalty of Black women, then at the very least, we deserve to be treated with respect. There are too many talented and professional techs out there who know how to provide both good service and dignity. I won’t be returning to Queen Nail.

They can be quite rude and unwelcoming at times but it also depends on who services you. The reception is quite frankly always unwelcoming. I was loyal to this place because their quality of nail service is acceptable but since my last experience I have switched permanently to Femi Macus nails on Park Blvd. They are exceptional at what they do, the absolute best! They also hold 5 stars on Google review ✌️

I used to go to this place all the time when I was in high school. The product is great, but the owner’s attitude is terrible. I try to give places several chances, but after today they will never get my money again. Those who come in to spend their hard earned dollars to support your business and your family deserve better.
