QUEENS SPA is a massage spa at 6521 Frankford Ave in Philadelphia, PA, offering a calm place to make time for relaxation and focused bodywork. Customer reviews describe a welcoming atmosphere and massage therapists who listen to individual needs, including attention to sore backs and other problem areas. Whether you are looking to unwind after a busy day or seeking a session centered on areas of tension, the experience may be a fit for you. The spa is open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m., according to its listed hours, giving visitors a broad range of times to plan a visit.

Reviews mention staff members Sara and Jodi by name, with some guests appreciating their warmth, politeness, and attentive approach. One visitor described feeling comfortable and relaxed during a massage with Jodi, while another praised a full 60-minute session with Sara and said the therapist was responsive to their needs. Other guests report that the massage helped address a sore back and that the environment felt welcoming. These individual experiences offer a sense of what customers have valued at QUEENS SPA, though the right therapist and communication style can vary from person to person.

The atmosphere is a recurring part of customer feedback: visitors have called it calming, beautiful, and relaxing. That setting may appeal to people who want a quieter break, as well as those who prefer to explain their comfort preferences and areas of concern before or during a massage. A reviewer who visits weekly noted that the therapists listened to their needs and focused on problem areas. If you have a particular preference, it can be helpful to communicate it clearly when arranging your visit so the team can understand what you are looking for.

QUEENS SPA has a customer rating of 4.2 out of 5 based on 17 reviews, reflecting a range of experiences rather than a guarantee of any one outcome. While many reviews are positive, feedback is not entirely uniform: one reviewer described an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member, despite saying the massage itself was good. Prospective visitors may wish to consider both the praise and the mixed feedback when deciding whether the spa suits them. For people in Philadelphia who value flexible daily hours, a relaxing setting, and massage care that customers describe as attentive, QUEENS SPA is a local option to explore at 6521 Frankford Ave.
