We cannot say enough great things about Kiara and Watch Realty Co.! When it came time to sell my aunt’s 40 acres of land in Georgia, we honestly thought it would be a difficult transaction. However, Kiara stepped in with confidence, professionalism, and determination, and she made what seemed impossible, possible. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and proactive. She kept us informed every step of the way with real-time updates, ensuring we always knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. No question ever went unanswered, and no detail was overlooked. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients truly set her apart. What impressed us most was her ability to stay on top of everything from start to finish while making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Her expertise, persistence, and commitment ultimately led to a successful sale that exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking to buy or sell property in Georgia, we wholeheartedly recommend Kiara and Watch Realty Co. They are an amazing team that genuinely cares about their clients and delivers results. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family and will absolutely be using their services again and again and again. Thank you, Kiara, for turning a challenge into a success story!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Quiana is a very knowledgeable and wonderful agent. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about her clients. We listed our home and shortly after, the interest rates went up. Quiana put on her cape and we made it to the finish line. We could not sell this home without Quiana Watson. I hugely recommend Ms. Quiana Watson!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I just closed on my house TODAY and it is all because of Mrs. Quiana Watson! Mrs. Watson and her team were attentive, professional and most importantly knowledgeable when came to the purchase of my new construction. Mrs. Watson was able to negotiate an AMAZING interest rate for me and several amenities that were not offered with my new construction. The whole process was so smooth and stress free. Please I repeat...Please do not hesitate to use this wonderful business woman to sell or purchase your home!! If you all have any additional questions about my GREAT experience hit me up on my Instagram (tw_marquis) and we can chat!! Again, thank you Quiana and her wonderful team for a truly amazing experience.

It’s time for me to move back home to Atlanta, so I reached out to Quiana, who was my realtor in Georgia and handled the sale of my previous home. Someone responded to my email and basically told me I needed to speak with Selena. I immediately replied that I refuse to work with Selena because, during the sale of my property, Quiana passed me off to her—even though Selena didn’t have to lift a finger since my tenant ended up purchasing the home. Not long after the sale, I received a letter from the state of Georgia saying I owed $3,000–$4,000 related to the sale. I emailed Selena about it and never received a response. I explained all of this to the person emailing me, and she went on about how Selena is one of Quiana’s “top” agents. Clearly not, if I ended up owing the state money. I’ve bought and sold multiple homes and have never owed any state anything. I said I only wanted to work with Quiana, and she told me that wasn’t an option—I had to go through Selena. So here I am writing this review, because I’m extremely disappointed and upset with how this has been handled.

My experience with Taylor Carroll was ultimately not a positive one. Taylor assisted me during the early stages of my home-buying process. After receiving two denials while working with her, I decided it was best to move forward with another agent due to concerns about how my transaction was being handled. After changing agents—because I had the right to do so—I continued the process with new representation. During our time working together, suggestions were made regarding documentation and underwriting that I was not comfortable with and chose not to pursue. For that reason, I felt it was in my best interest to change representation. After changing agents and finally receiving my clear to close, on the day of closing—after wiring my down payment and heading to the closing attorney’s office—I was informed that the lender had stopped the closing. I was told this decision followed a phone call made to the lender by an individual who wished to remain anonymous. I am not aware of what was communicated during that call. What I do know is that the only individuals with knowledge of the full details of my transaction at that time were myself, my new agent, and Taylor. It was later communicated to me that Taylor was upset following the change in representation, including concerns related to the 3% commission associated with the sale. Shortly after this, the transaction was halted—after funds had already been sent to the closing attorney—which was extremely upsetting and disruptive as a first-time homebuyer. The timing and circumstances surrounding the halted transaction were troubling. While changes in representation can be disappointing, they are a buyer’s right and should be handled with professionalism and objectivity. Allowing personal frustration to interfere with an active transaction resulted in avoidable disruption for everyone involved. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, objectivity, or composure I believe is essential in business—especially during such an important milestone as purchasing a first home. I believe business matters should be handled with integrity and grace, even when outcomes change. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it resulted in significant disruption and disappointment. I am sharing this review so others can make informed decisions and ensure they feel fully comfortable and confident throughout their home-buying process. Thankfully for me I have our entire text thread that I will be sharing everything with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
