Ryan got our 2004 Ford F450 running so smooth. Such excellent communication and quality service. Will be bring all vehicle maintenance and repairs to him going forward. It’s hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and rely on, that’s exactly what you get with Ryan and R&D
Ryan was fantastic. Honest, fast, and easy to work with. He explained exactly what my car needed, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and had it done quicker than expected. Fair pricing and great communication throughout. Highly recommend if you want a mechanic you can actually trust!
I can’t recommend Ryan enough. I had a flat tire 15 minutes away from his shop and he truly went out of his way to help me. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but he was also one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just getting the job done. I’m so grateful for the kindness and extra effort he showed me during a stressful situation. So awesome, I wouldn't let anybody else touch my truck. Super easy to work with, extremely reasonable and even fun to hang out with. He kind of rebuilt everything under my 2005 ram 3500.
Ryan happens to have his shop across the street from my house and both my husband and I feel blessed. This is saying a lot because rarely does a mechanic impress my husband. Lol. We have been to him 4 times with 3 different vehicles. He has been honest, up front about pricing and he knows when the job is going to need more than he can give it. I appreciate this kind of transparency in a mechanic. I highly recommend him. My only recommendation for him is to be more firm on timelines. . . . Sometimes asking for an oil change gets me a “maybe, if I can squeeze it in this week”- - . . Maybe it’s because we live across the street so it’s easier to possibly “squeeze” in an oil change. Two weeks of that in a row and my husband decided to change my oil. Regardless, if you need sometime who knows what they are doing and possibly just also needs a receptionist but doesn’t have one. . . . Call him up.
