Rachel Finn Real Estate Nostalgic Homes Group is a real estate consultant serving buyers in Denver, Colorado. Based at 3737 W 32nd Ave, Denver, CO 80211, the business helps clients navigate important home-buying decisions with practical guidance and personal attention. Customer experiences describe support for first-time buyers, people purchasing a second home, and buyers considering a direct purchase from a landlord. Whether you are beginning a search or already evaluating a specific property, having an experienced professional in your corner can help you ask informed questions and understand the steps ahead.

Clients mention a hands-on search process tailored to their needs. Rachel has set up online property searches, arranged showings, and used FaceTime to present homes to a client who could not view them in person. One reviewer seeking a Denver-area second home appreciated being able to search remotely while looking for a place to spend more time with family. Another client recalled a last-minute showing in the neighborhood and prompt follow-up on questions. These examples point to flexible communication and help that responds to a buyer’s circumstances.

The reviews also highlight support beyond finding a listing. A buyer purchasing a rental home directly from their landlord wanted an expert to help identify possible pitfalls and make sure the contract was structured well. A first-time homebuyer in a competitive market described Rachel as helpful throughout the process, while another reviewer valued receiving the information needed to make a decision without feeling pressured. For buyers who want clear answers, a steady point of contact, and help keeping details in view, that kind of approach can make a complex transaction feel more manageable.

The group may be a fit for Denver homebuyers who want attentive guidance, including first-time purchasers, remote or second-home shoppers, and people weighing a direct purchase or a home in a particular neighborhood. Reviews describe Rachel as easy to talk to, responsive, and willing to make time for questions and showings. The business has a 5.0 rating from 14 reviews. Its listed hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day, Monday through Sunday. Contact the office at its Denver address to discuss your search and confirm current availability.

We were in a unique position to buy our rental home directly from our landlord, but we knew we needed an expert in our corner. We wanted to make sure we weren't missing any hidden pitfalls, that our contract was structured perfectly, and that we could confidently cross the finish line into official homeownership. Rachel stepped in and was a fierce advocate for us every step of the way. When our inspection came back with a daunting 21-item list of repairs—including complex HVAC, roofing, and chimney issues—she expertly guided our strategy and handled the intense negotiations with total professionalism. Thanks to Rachel’s meticulous care, we secured our home with complete peace of mind, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

I retained Rachel Finn, of Nostalgic Homes/Compass, to represent me in finding me a well priced second home in the Denver area so that I could spend more time with my family. She immediately went to work in setting up an online search and facetimed with me to show a number of properties. I selected a perfect place and the negotiation and inspection process was seamless. I was able to close within a month. Rachel was extremely responsive to all my inquiries and was not pushy in any aspect of the transaction. She was knowledgeable about the market, detail oriented, in addition to being a great listener. Rachel found the perfect property for me, negotiating an excellent price, and quickly finalized the transaction. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, I highly recommend Rachel Finn! I feel incredibly lucky to have been matched with Rachel. I was chatting with a few potential agents when I decided to get real about my home search, but from the start, she stood out. She was helpful, zero pressure, and just genuinely easy to talk to. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted and the neighborhoods I liked, and she totally ran with it, helping me clarify my priorities and get crystal clear on what I was looking for. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no clue what I was doing, but Rachel made the whole experience feel approachable and even (dare I say?) fun. From navigating fixer-upper vs. turn-key to walking me through inspection and closing, she was always in my corner. Rachel answered every question with patience and kindness, never pushing me to rush a decision or increase my offer to get a deal done. When I got those inevitable first-time buyer nerves, she connected me with outside resources and always offered thoughtful, candid advice — no sales pitch, just genuine, thoughtful advice. Even when I lost out on a couple of houses early on, she stuck with me, gut-checking offers and working around my chaotic work schedule (including nights!). We toured homes for 2–3 months, and she never lost steam. She brought such great energy to every walk-through, dreaming with me and helping me see the possibilities in every space. Rachel is compassionate, warm, intelligent, and fun, and she truly became a friend through this process. She’s exactly who you want in your corner, especially as a first-time buyer. I’m loving my house and genuinely can’t wait to have her over for a glass of wine to show her how I’ve made it mine!

I had a wonderful experience working with Rachel Finn! I realized within the first 5 minutes of our meeting, she was the agent I would work with. She gave me all the info I needed and even did a last minute showing of another house in the neighborhood. Rachel always followed up with any questions and concerns I had( Always representing in my favor). She was never pushy or rushing me to make any decisions. Rachel had my best interest in mind. She always brought up ideas on how we could make the offer process easier and I will definitely work with her again!
