Radiant Spa& Massage

Customer experiences describe sessions ranging from deep-tissue massage to a 60-minute appointment tailored around neck and shoulder pain. If you are looking for a massage spa in Newton, Radiant Spa& Massage may be worth considering for a focused session, whether you want to ease tension or simply set aside time for personal care. The business has a 4.6-star rating from 77 reviews, giving prospective guests a useful snapshot of feedback while leaving room to read individual experiences and decide what fits their needs.

Reviews mention therapists who listen when guests explain where they feel discomfort. One customer said they described chronic neck and shoulder pain at the start of a 60-minute session and felt substantial relief afterward. Other guests specifically praise deep-tissue massage, with one describing the treatment as efficient and helpful and planning to return. Several reviewers also mention feeling better after arriving with pain, and praise individual practitioners, including Amy and Jay. These accounts suggest that guests seeking attention to muscle tension may find it helpful to explain their preferences and concerns before the session begins. Results and experiences can differ from person to person, so communicating clearly is an important part of choosing the right treatment.

The feedback is not uniformly positive. Some customers describe a welcoming, friendly experience and say they intend to come back, while another reports an uncomfortable welcome and a problem with an online booking. That range matters when choosing any local service: reviews reflect different visits, and a past experience cannot guarantee what a future appointment will be like. If you plan to visit, confirm that the business can accommodate your appointment and share any relevant preferences or areas of concern in advance. This balanced picture gives new guests a practical starting point without promising a particular outcome.
