We visited Ramen101 today during the lunch time. Their staffs are very friendly and I guess most of them are very young( around 18 ~20 year-old),so please be nice to them. We ordered the non-spicy Shoyu Ramen, non-spicy Seafood Ramen, and a new appetizer Garlic squids. All of them are look good and taste good! Definitely will visit next time.

I've eaten at this location a handful of times and the staff are very patient here. I've seen customers unintentionally leave a huge mess on the tables and floors after eating. Another customer on a different occasion came in asking for something off menu and they politely informed them it couldn't be made. No rolling eyes, no condescending tone. Just a gentle straightforward answer. I usually order the tonkotsu ramen and it isn't the best I've ever had, but the way they make it here is very consistent, delicious, and satisfying. 5 stars for their predictable service, reliable meals, combined with polite and patient staff.

We ordered through their online portal. When we got there they said they accidentally gave away our meal to someone else. They would have to make it again and to come back in 10 minutes. I asked for some compensation and he said he would ask the kitchen. When we got back, he said he asked them to put extra ingredients. Not only did they not do that, they forgot the egg in one of the ramens, the sauce for the crab Rangoon, the chicken karaage were pathetic small mounds of just batter, and the broth was watered down. Failure on all fronts. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Their Chicken Karaage is soooo good 😋 paired it up with their tasty sauce. Must try! I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen. For me it is good. They were generous with their toppings. I asked for medium spicy but it didn’t taste spicy at all. I also tried to taste Tonkotsu Ramen and Pork Ribs Ramen which my friends ordered. They were alright. They’re not as flavorful compared to the other ramen houses. (Well, it’s just my opinion tho.) The wait time is decent. We didn’t wait too long for our orders to be served. Well, i guess we came when it’s not rush hour because there’s only us there. 😅 But when we were about to finish with our meal, the place was almost full. The servers are also nice.
