Rapid Inspect Auto / Volvo and European

I had a great experience with Mohammad at Rapid Inspect Auto. I was able to schedule my appointment online, dropped my 2015 Volvo S60 off at 10:00 a.m., and by noon he had already completed a full inspection and emailed me a detailed estimate. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to go through everything with me and explain what repairs were truly necessary versus what could safely wait. We were preparing to send the car with our son to college, so my main concern was making sure it was safe and dependable without spending money on items that weren’t urgent. Mohammad was honest, knowledgeable, and helped me prioritize the repairs. Once I approved the work around 4:00 p.m., he called me the very next day at 1:00 p.m. to let me know everything was completed. From drop-off to pick-up, the entire process took barely 24 hours. The prices were fair, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Mohammad was professional, kind, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be returning for future Volvo service and would highly recommend Rapid Inspect Auto to anyone looking for an honest European car specialist.

Rapid inspect has done a great job over the years of taking care of our Volvos. I couldn't have asked for a more honest and reasonably priced maintenance and repair facility. Mohammad does not try to get you to perform maintenance that you don't really need and gives it to you straight, throughly explaining the issue and whether it demands an immediate fix or not. When you do need to perform a repair or maintenance, he is very reasonably priced yet gives a high quality repair and service. I couldn't recommend his services enough.

It was a excellent experience with Mohammad. The quote was better than others for suspension repair. He is very responsive. Replied to my email as well. Hope the repairs will last long, but I appreciated his customer service.

Moved to the area recently and we were so fortunate to find this auto repair shop. So far, we've had oil change, 60K maintenance service and a catalytic converter replaced. Mohammed was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They're honest and their services are reasonably priced.

Volvo experts! Muhammad is the best Volvo mechanic in DFW for my troublesome XC90. Every issue I had, he fixed it. The honesty and quality of his work is way better than the Volvo stealerships. I highly recommend Rapid Inspect for all your Volvo problems. There are many Volvo problems and these guys can do it. I no longer take my car to Volvo for anything. Volvo dealerships over charge and they aren't honest about what really needs repair. Muhammad will let you know what is needed and what is not now. I'm glad I found this place. I live in Burleson but I will make the drive to get it fixed here.
