I’ve been going to Rashmi for over 10 years, and she is truly the Queen of Eyebrows! She always does an incredible job, and I leave every appointment loving my brows. Beyond her amazing talent, Rashmi is one of the kindest and most personable people you’ll ever meet. I always enjoy catching up with her during my visits. I have been going consistently to rashmi for over 10 years. Her work truly speaks for itself. She helped me create a new shape for my eyebrows that suites me much better. she is very knowledgeable with her craft.
Extremely Disappointed. Second time visiting this establishment and had a very bad experience. Brows were threaded extremely thin (i can literally draw a line for brows) and i broke out with many little bumps all around my brow area, all because she didn’t use “cotton thread”. I instantly felt the harshness once the threading had begun and regret not saying anything in the moment, all to just give her the benefit of the doubt. Waste of $17 My cousin referred me to this place and the first time i visited, which i commuted for over 30 minutes, my brows were shaped nicely and not pencil thin. She said she uses cotton thread to prevent any breakouts on the skin, because i had mentioned that i am sensitive in those areas, and she assured me this wouldn’t happen due to the cotton thread she prides herself on using. Please communicate in advance if you have sensitive skin or experience breakouts and if she will be using cotton thread and also, specify your shape n thickness. I regret not doing so. I guess i should’ve known better and to not make assumptions. She clearly remembered me, because she asked me if i have been using castor oil, since my brow hairs take forever to grow and they’re also super light and thin. And i said no.
