We met Jeff Schumacher at an open house months before we were ready to buy just to see what the market looked like before we got serious. He stayed with us until we were ready to go for it. The husband and I got pre-approved during the week. They saw some houses on Saturday, I had a Sunday unexpectedly open up so we saw 10 open houses. 3 of which we were happy to put in offers on, but one I fell in love with immediately the moment I walked in.
