We went bowling and had a pretty great time until our pitcher of beer was stolen. We went back to the bartender who's name is Jose to inform him. He treated us as if we were lying (smirky face as if he didn't care and we tipt him amazingly the whole time but that didn't matter one bit) and said he had to wait for a manager. Also one of their workers had said yes. I saw the Pitcher sitting there and then he ended up finding kids two bowling alleys down that has basically filled their water jug or Pepsi jug with our beer and he straight told him look this is where it went and he still didn't believe us.I looked strait up to the camera and said your proof is right there! I said we took two beers out of the picture. I don't want a whole picture. I just want my Pitcher of beer replaced. Long story short they replaced the pitcher but it was a pitcher with two and a half beers in it. 30 minutes after it was stolen and our games were almost over. The Red Rock casino is amazing. The bowling alley service was absolutely horrendous. We had the absolute best time at the casino and for the amount of money that we spent here this week to be treated like this was a disgrace. Shame on you for "not wanting to get in trouble for making it right'. As for the gentleman that worked there, that made it right (and told the bartender what he found out) by finding the kids that did this. I don't want to say his name and fear of retaliation, but you are a stand-up person. Thank you so much!
Didn’t know what to expect .. yeah I know it’s just bowling but once inside it was so lively dark and lightly lit for cosmic bowling. This place was the place to be on a Saturday night, people of all ages were in attendance. It’s a good …
I'm probably not coming here no more - first and last time - since I feel like something is bothering me. Nevertheless, it feels narrow and barely "walkable." I'm sorry but this ain't it. Go to Sam's Town's bowling alley! It's better!
I brought a big group of over 20 elementary-aged kids and their parents to Red Rock Lanes on Monday, 8/3. Since it was first-come, first-served, I had called twice beforehand to double check that there were no leagues, events, or field trips scheduled. I was assured both times that the schedule was clear. When we arrived at 11 AM, my heart completely sank we were told a school had reserved 30+ lanes and everything was fully booked for the day. Feeling responsible for a huge group of excited kids, I was panicking. That’s when Amy stepped in and worked absolute magic. She handled the situation with so much care and grace. She told us to come back in an hour, secured 3 lanes for our group, and even gave us Buy 1 Get 1 Free game vouchers for the hiccup. We came back an hour later, got right onto our lanes, and the kids had a total blast for two hours. Seeing how packed the alley was when that school arrived, I was even more amazed by how seamlessly Amy made it all happen. Thank you so much, Amy! Your customer care and problem-solving were incredible, and you truly saved our day!
