Refresh Thai Spa

I had an amazing experience at Refresh Thai Spa! This was my first visit, and I booked the Thai Combination Massage with Jada. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to ensure the pressure and techniques were comfortable throughout the session. The massage was the perfect combination of relaxation and therapeutic bodywork, and I left feeling noticeably better than when I arrived. The spa itself was clean, welcoming, and had a calming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Jada and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I’ve been to this massage shop pretty consistently, and I’d give it a 4/5. The bad: It really depends on who your massage therapist is. I had a massage with a girl (can’t remember her name), and it was the most unpleasant, time- and money-wasting experience. She made it extremely obvious she didn’t want to be there, didn’t work on a single area I asked her to, and effectively wasted time by stopping multiple times and doing nothing. Management also gave me a hard time when I tried to get a refund or another service, saying I should have stopped the massage. It was disappointing that they gave me such a hard time when I consistently went there with my regular massage therapist and had no problems paying and tipping great. I didn’t because I was a nervous to speak up and was hoping it would get better and I’ve never had to do that. The good: Arthur and Winn are the absolute best. They get a 10/10. Whether you’re looking for real results or a routine massage, I absolutely recommend them. I also appreciate the spa accommodating last-minute appointments.

What made it extra special was the beautiful anniversary surprise setup—it was thoughtful, romantic, and completely unexpected. They even took some amazing pictures of us. It really made us feel celebrated and cared for. The massage itself was relaxing and exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend for couples and special occasions!

My first time with Thai massage! Loved it so much; and as the daughter of a massage therapist I believe that’s saying a lot. The stretching was the perfect thing to sen the treatment over the top!
