Regional Home Care is a home health care service located at 55 Union St, 3rd Floor, in Boston, Massachusetts. For people arranging home-care-related support or getting help with CPAP equipment, the Boston office offers a local place to ask questions and receive guidance. Customer reviews describe staff explaining how to use CPAP devices and masks, including demonstrations intended to help customers feel prepared to begin treatment. The business has a 4.8-star rating from 152 reviews, though experiences shared by customers are not uniformly positive.

Several reviewers praise the care they received during equipment appointments. Customers describe staff members as knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and experienced, and say instructions were explained carefully and at a manageable pace. One customer appreciated having the use of a mask demonstrated, while another said the staff member assisting with a new CPAP device paused regularly to invite questions. For someone unfamiliar with CPAP equipment, that kind of step-by-step explanation may make an appointment feel more approachable and help clarify how to use the device at home.

Reviews also point to areas where customers may want clearer communication and more choice. Some describe difficulty reordering supplies, while others felt they were not given enough information about mask options or an opportunity to compare different sizes and fits. These accounts suggest that customers may benefit from asking in advance how mask recommendations are made, what alternatives can be considered, and how ongoing reorders are handled. Individual appointments and experiences can vary, so confirming details directly with the office is a practical step before visiting or relying on a particular service.

Regional Home Care is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Its third-floor location is at 55 Union St in downtown Boston, Massachusetts 02108. The listed address and weekday hours can help customers plan an in-person visit, while contacting the business directly can help confirm appointment, equipment, or ordering details. People looking for CPAP guidance in Boston may find the customer feedback useful when deciding what questions to bring and what support to ask about.

As a Boston home health care service with reviews covering both helpful instruction and service frustrations, Regional Home Care is best approached with clear questions about the specific equipment or support needed. Customers have shared positive experiences learning to use CPAP masks and devices, as well as concerns about reordering and the range of choices presented. Checking current procedures with the office can set expectations and make it easier to determine whether its available support fits a person’s needs.

ESPeranta in Boston was fabulous: very knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and obviously experienced. She explained and demonstrated everything carefully and slowly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with how I was treated and taught to use the mask.

I picked up my new CPAP and was assisted by Kent. He was very diligent in explaining how to use the device and regularly stopped to ask if I had any questions. I left feeling confident and ready to start my treatment.

Reordering is impossible. I"ve been a customer for five years and enough is enough. They make it too difficult to order.

I was not impressed with regional health care. Dawn scanned my face and said this the mask recommended for me. Meanwhile i didn’t get to see another size or given a choice. I don’t believe in face scanning they don’t give an accurate diagnosis. It was like small is recommended and that’s it. Dawn went to fast explaining the cpap machine features to fast for me, and had this attitude like she just wanted to leave and get me in and out as fast as possible. I have had nothing but aggravation with the machine and mask. To me my visit was a waste of time. I hope that I don’t have to deal with them again. If I do I am going to request some one else who will have the time to spend with me and not rush me and give me a choice of a mask that actually fits properly and works.

I was shown 4 pictures of different masks and asked to arbitrarily pick one. No description given for any of them just "which one of these looks good?". No chance to try more than one to see which one might fit better. Now I'm stuck with …
