I went to visit a listing at 1814 Shoreline Dr in Missouri City and Feixue (Fay) Wang had to have been the most impersonal person I’ve ever encountered despite her job is to sell potentials on her listings. I walked in with my daughter, she didn’t come to introduce herself, she peeked out of the kitchen and said feel free to look around. Once I finished I had questions so I stood to the side while she talked to the maintenance guy & she said, you have a question? I felt like she just wanted us to leave. I asked her about purchasing the property after leasing for a year (The house has a for sale and for lease sign in the front) and she just handled me like I’d said something wrong, “the house isn’t for sale we just used that sign” I said ok well will they fix the things that I’m noticing? (there was a water print as if it were a leak) she said it was an AC Leak and it’ll be fixed, The washer and dryer doesn’t work because we don’t have a gas line (despite having a gas stove) I asked would it be replaced, she said no so I asked if they would drop the rent to 4250 since I have to buy new appliances, she said no. I told her I was interested in moving November, she said well we’ll wait to see if there’s more beneficial candidates but thank you for stopping by. I asked her what did she mean because I took offense, she looked at me up and down as if me and my family didn’t belong there and I didn’t appreciate it. She lied and said she had promising applicants and that the house was only on the market for 7 days when it clearly shows the home was on the market for a month. My husband and kids passed by before going to see inside and came across the neighbors and they were the most warm and welcoming, I absolutely hate that I won’t be moving forward with this home because I refuse for her to benefit from anything dealing with me. She’s nothing like that fabricated bio she has on her Re/Max profile. I hate this was my experience. You never know who you’re encountering, Fay. Treating everyone with the proper respect goes a long way. Shame on you.
I don’t usually give bad reviews but we had the most horrible/upsetting experience with Terry Fan. We rented a house from her, everything went fine the 11 months we were there but once we got to our 12 months it was a living hell. We tried to compromise with her on people coming over to see the house because we have dogs and we cared for the people’s safety, so we signed a contract with them to set up appointments to view the home where we can approve or decline appointments. After two refusals of appointments that did not fit our schedules, we got an email from her stating if we keep declining appointments we will need to pay another month of rent, which was not stated anywhere in any contract. We also had problems of people not ringing the doorbell before coming in or arriving outside of the appointment time, which we then called her, explaining the issue nicely and she started screaming at us telling us that was not her problem. We had to go as far as speaking to one of her mangers because she wasn’t answering our emails so we could both be comfortable on each side. Once we got to getting the house inspected we messaged her and THANK GOD we recorded and took pictures before we moved in because this woman’s intentions just seemed extremely malicious. The first time she checked the house she wanted to charge for many things that were already there when we moved in so we asked if we could go with her and go over the videos and pictures we had, then the second time she checked the house with me and the maintenance man, we asked her what seems wrong but completely ignored us and spoke only Chinese with the maintenance man where I was unable to defend myself over things they pointed out. She seemed in a hurry and didn’t want to be there and just walked off saying we’d fix it through email, but never let me show any evidence for some of the things she accused us of doing. After a full week of waiting for any response, we showed her all the evidence over things she said we did. She went for the yard saying the yard was damaged and dry, while this happened in January and all the neighbors grass looked the same because it’s winter. We tried to speak to the house owner and he said he didn’t even want to get involved in this. She also sent a cleaning team that we agreed on, they broke a blind and she charged US after all the evidence we had, she completely ignored us and charged us for things we had evidence for. Terry Fan is the worst relator agent we have had the misfortune to work with. To us it seemed like she had malicious attempts to falsely get money from our deposit. If you are reading this make sure you don’t go with her because we had to speak to someone on top of the manager to be heard.
Agent neglected to provide documents in a timely fashion and refused to return call's, texts and emails for 36 hours causing the listing to be lost to another party. 2 stars because other agents may be better
Darnell Fuller, Rickey Davis and Sam Dawood are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended checking them out before you purchasing a home
