I have been coming to renew dentistry for over a year now and every time I come in I feel so comfortable! I started Invisalign 6 weeks ago and the results have been amazing so far! Abby and Dr. Ren have been very helpful every step of the way and always give me the best care I could ask for! I highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs!

One of the very best dental experiences I have ever had. I had several procedures done at one time and they used a suction device called a DryShield....it was a game changer as far as comfort goes. I can't say enough good things about this group. Quick, efficient and as comfortable as a dental procedure can be.

I had an emergency tooth extraction at Renew Family Dentistry on February 9th while visiting Dallas, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I accidentally booked a location farther than intended and arrived slightly late — but the team was incredibly flexible and accommodating. From the warm welcome at reception, to Abby the dental assistant, to the wonderful Dr. Ren — everyone was professional, kind, and reassuring. Given some recent negative experiences with dental care, I deeply appreciated how Dr. Ren took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure and aftercare. They also thoughtfully placed a bone graft to ensure I’m supported while traveling back to my home country before getting my implant. Clean premises, easy parking, organized and comfortable space — but most importantly, exceptional care. I’m beyond satisfied and highly recommend them.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this dental office. I went in for a routine cleaning back in October 2025, when they were in-network with my insurance. Fast forward to now, I call to reschedule my 6-month cleaning and suddenly I’m told I have a $250 balance for myself and my husband. Apparently, the day before my original appointment, they became out-of-network, something that was never clearly communicated to me. The front desk even admitted there was a “gray area” during that time where multiple patients were affected. To make it more frustrating, part of the visit was still processed through my insurance as in-network, yet I’m now being billed the remaining balance. It feels incredibly money-driven and leaves the impression that collecting more money matters more than treating patients fairly. That doesn’t sit right. What is even more concerning is that no one from the administrative staff ever called to notify me about this balance or provide any kind of update. I only found out because I called the office myself to reschedule my appointment. That raises the question of how many other patients may be in the same situation and simply have no idea. The lack of communication from the admin staff reflects poor management and a serious breakdown in patient care. On top of that, the office feels very money-driven. There’s a heavy push toward Invisalign at every visit, which makes it feel more like a sales environment than a place focused on patient care. Also worth noting, a lot of the 5-star reviews seem to come from people entering raffles for gift baskets, which makes me question how genuine they really are. Just be cautious and ask very clear questions about insurance coverage before agreeing to anything here.

Dr. Probst is truly an artist. The porcelain veneers he designed for me look incredibly natural, youthful, and perfectly balanced with my face. The best compliment I receive is that no one can tell I’ve had work done — they just notice how beautiful my smile looks. I’m very meticulous about my teeth and had high expectations, but the team at Renew Family Dentistry exceeded them in every way. The process was smooth, gentle, and far easier than I anticipated. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth made the entire experience exceptional. If you’re considering veneers and want results that are refined, natural, and flawlessly done, Renew Family Dentistry is simply unmatched.
