renew spa

renew spa is a massage spa at 1442 Lombard St, Philadelphia, PA 19146, serving people looking for a place to unwind or focus on areas of muscle tension. Its location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania makes it a neighborhood option for residents and visitors who want to fit a massage into a busy day. Customer feedback describes both relaxing visits and sessions aimed at working through shoulder knots, with individual experiences varying. The business has a 4.2 rating from 10 reviews, a useful snapshot of customer sentiment rather than a guarantee that every appointment will feel the same.

Reviews mention hands-on massage techniques including deep pressure, acupressure, and back-walking. One customer praised a therapist’s stable pressure and described the back-walking as helpful for deep tissue relief; another said a therapist located and worked on knots in the shoulders. These comments offer a sense of the approaches some guests have experienced, but they do not establish that every technique is offered at every visit. If you have a particular preference, such as medium rather than firm pressure, or want attention on a specific area, tell the therapist clearly before the session and speak up if you would like the pressure or pace adjusted.

Guests have also described the service as relaxing and the staff as friendly, and one reviewer specifically recommended asking for Betty. At the same time, feedback is not uniformly positive: one customer reported an uncomfortable massage and concerns about the amount of oil and the pressure used. That contrast is worth keeping in mind when choosing a massage spa. Clear communication at the start can help set expectations, especially for pressure, pace, and the areas you want addressed. The available reviews reflect different visits and preferences, so they are best read as individual accounts rather than a promise of a particular result.

renew spa is open daily, Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. These extended hours may suit people seeking an appointment before or after other plans, though it is sensible to confirm availability directly before traveling. Whether you are hoping for a relaxing break or want a therapist to focus on shoulder tension, share your needs and preferred pressure when you arrive. Located on Lombard Street in Philadelphia, the spa offers a local option for a massage, with customer reviews providing practical context as you decide whether it fits your preferences.
