Restful SPA

This was an amazing experience! They have been open for about a year now and I decided to drop by after my class. The overall vibe was very calm and relaxed AND especially friendly. The staff were above and beyond and the room was aesthetically pleasing. I got a 60 minute full body massage with hot stones included. By far 10/10 will be coming again!

Went here the second time and was still impressed by the consistency of the professional massage they provide. Their staff has been trained in a strict process and they can customize the different style and body parts that you want in a massage session. It’s more like a therapy and the price is reasonable.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY! Absolute nightmare experience a few days ago. I came in for a 60-minute lower back massage because I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain . Instead of relief, this place left me severely injured and traumatized. First, the female owner, Ada, gave the therapist some unknown cream that she claimed was a "pain killer." This cream felt toxic and caused an immediate, horrific reaction. The therapist then used completely incorrect and dangerous techniques, aggressively digging their elbows directly into my spine and lower back. By the time I left, my back pain was 100 times worse than when I walked in. The agony was so intense that it has caused me severe physical and mental distress. On top of that, the massage oil they use is incredibly cheap and low-quality. The next day, my entire back broke out in painful allergic hives and a severe red rash. The hygiene of the facility is also utterly disgusting—the room smelled foul, and the sheets looked unwashed. I have already taken video evidence inside the facility with my phone. This place is running a shady, hazardous operation, and Ada’s unauthorized use of unknown medications is highly illegal. I am currently consulting with legal counsel and I fully retain all my rights to sue this business for personal injury, negligence, and severe bodily and emotional harm. Save yourself the medical bills and stay as far away from this garbage place as possible!

I have been there twice. I have great experiences both time. The second time / yesterday was with Emma. She was truly one of the best, if not the best masseuse I had ever had in my life! I saw some of the negative reviews here - I experienced none of that. I would highly recommend this place (particularly over some of the larger chains that charge $120+/hr for a very average massage)

I’ve been coming to Restful Spa regularly and it has become my favorite places to go when my shoulders and lower back are hurting. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and waist area, and the therapists here always know exactly where the pain points are and how to work on them. I always leave feeling much better, more relaxed, and able to move more comfortably. The spa is clean, peaceful, and very welcoming. It’s also really convenient because it’s nearby, so it’s easy for me to come back whenever I need it. Highly recommend Restful Spa if you are looking for a place that is professional, relaxing, and really knows how to help with muscle pain and tension.
