Held my wife for 6 hours before she even saw the Doctor over simple exams. We got billed ~$400 for the pleasure. If you’re understaffed then don’t take patients you can’t service, or if not make sure to take care of your patients in a timely manner. We’re not coming back here.

Whats the point of setting up appointment when you are there but still call you past your appointment ? The appointment at 115pm is check in day before I was here since 1245pm and at 130pm I received a massage that I miss my appointment when I been here since 1245pm on April 2 !
