Ricky proved to be a true professional every step of the way. From the initial phone consultation to the final invoice, communication was flawless. For someone that has been used to saying yes to the dealership, it was such a turn off when I visually saw my 2003 LX470 being driven by my service advisor and noticed the excessive bouncing and loud clank type noise coming from my vehicle. I received an estimate from the dealer ship for an a/c compressor, air suspension, etc. and not only was it almost double the price, but the quality of repair was such higher quality with Ricky. He takes his time explaining, updating on parts ordered and ETA as to when the repair will be completed. I highly recommend Ricky for any Lexus and Toyota vehicle!! You will not be disappointed. I have a 2015 Lexus RC-F and I was having some issues with my AC. I thought I knew what was wrong so I went ahead and did it myself and in classic fashion I made it worse for myself. The dealership wanted around $2000 to replace and recalibrate the servos. I do not like taking my car to just any mechanic so I made some calls and did my research, that’s how I found Ricky’s. I called and spoke to the owner himself and after telling him my issues he made me feel confident in his abilities and his knowledge. When I went to his shop I saw all his certifications and how clean the workshop is and I knew this was the right choice. Turnaround was the next day and he fixed the dreaded AC servo issue for way less than the dealership! Thank you Ricky!!

Every encounter I had with Ricky felt extremely professional and honest.
