I’ve had a few instances where I connected families with Ronke’s team based on their needs and location. Each time, the coordination was smooth and communication stayed clear throughout the process. Ronke is thoughtful in how she handles introductions and attentive to the details that matter to families. The handoffs have felt organized and professional, which isn’t always easy in this field.

My housemate had a helper from here for the second half of 2025. The device he provided him was great no complaints there. We have been sitting this home for about 20 years and the last few months are the only months that anything has disappeared from this house. I'm not saying that Manolo C. stole anything, I'm just saying NOTHING has disappeared from here before he was around. He'll no longer be around, were changing the locks. They erased my review from Yelp, let's see how long this lasts. See if they are only allowing positive reviews to be left.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Right at Home in Castro Valley. I first spoke with Debbie when I thought we’d need nighttime care assistance for my mom. I was met with genuine compassion, professionalism, and obvious dedication to quality care. II turned out we didn’t require assistance then, but Debbie continued to check in with me to see how my mom was doing, which we truly appreciated. When it was time to have a caregiver, Debbie quickly arranged to assess my mom at a skilled nursing facility and then prepared for care services to begin immediately following her discharge. The communication was prompt, reassuring and always compassionate. Our team of caregivers were the amazing Patricia and Delwe, and my mom couldn’t have been happier. They were a delight to get to know and always brought a kind, knowledgeable and positive attitude to their work. Ronke, the owner, came by to introduce herself in person and her wonderful sense of humor and positive attitude brought reassurance during what were stressful times. Angelica, the office coordinator, was always on hand to answer questions. The coordination and communication amongst the team is top-notch and we always felt we were in good hands. They also have a client portal for viewing and paying invoices, and always provide detailed notes after each care shift. If you are in need of quality care giving assistance or even just have questions around possible options, don’t hesitate to call Right at Home. They will craft a program to meet your requirements and add value in areas you may not have even thought of. We are so grateful to have found them!

Ronke, Angelica and the team at Right at Home have been a huge help to me since my wife’s stroke. I was independently hiring caregivers before that and it was a huge headache when they would disappear or not show up. Right at Home is able to fill those gaps and also do training and feedback for their caregivers. They help find a caregiver who is a good fit. I can’t recommend them enough if you want to have the situation managed reliably. Great communication and responsiveness too.
